Pastor John Faughnan
He has served as the pastor of Cornerstone Community Church since 2008. He is an anointed and truly gifted pastor, evangelist, and author. His passion inspires his listeners and readers to "believe God for greater things!" His personable style and gentle demeanor make it easy to get to know him. His personal relationship with his Savior inspires others to want to dig a little deeper in their relationship. His ministry is filled with song, laughter, and powerful intensity. Along with pastoring the church, he is an author, conference speaker, and business owner.
Pastor John Faughnan grew up in a Christian home, and he attended private Christian schools throughout most of that time. He felt his call from God at an early age, but he did not pursue that calling until many years later. Instead, he pursued a degree in computer programming and eventually landed in business. In his late 20's he responded to God's call and began studying for the ministry. He earned his diploma in pastoral ministries from Global University and received his ordination from the Assemblies of God. Pastor John has served in many different ministry roles including youth pastor, evangelist, assistant pastor, law enforcement chaplain, and lead pastor.
