Meet The Pastor
Pastor Clay Hall
Pastor Clay Hall first moved to West Kentucky twelve years ago when he moved from Lafayette, IN to serve Salem Baptist Church in Livingston County as associate pastor of worship and youth. Since 2014, he has been serving as pastor of Lake City Baptist Church in Grand Rivers. The Lord gave Clay a love for Oak Grove Baptist Church almost ten years ago when they ministered to him during a difficult time in his ministry. He has personally benefited from their big heart for hurting people. He comes to Oak Grove with almost 20 years of pastoral experience in the areas of preaching, teaching, counseling, evangelism, missions, jail ministry, youth ministry, and church planting. He graduated in 2003 from Boyce College where he majored in Biblical Studies and has completed almost 30 hours of Masters level work at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville. His first ministry is to his wife Monica and their six children, aged 8-18. Clay and Monica started dating in 1994 and were married in 2000. Monica is an Ambassador with Revive Our Hearts and regularly ministers to women's ministry leaders through this role. Clay and Monica homeschool their children and love involving them in ministry.
