Sr. Pastor Pastor Willie J Hunter, Jr.
Pastor Willie J. Hunter Jr. began public speaking at the age of 12. He preached his initial sermon at the age of 18. While serving under the leadership of his father Pastor Willie J. Hunter Sr., Pastor Hunter Jr, studied to show himself approve. As an evangelist he has preached the gospel across denominations and cultural lines. Pastor Willie Hunter served as youth pastor of St. Mary’s Free Will Baptist Church, baptizing and leading dozens of youth to Christ, and inspiring many to serve in the church. The Lord quickly elevate Pastor Hunter to the Senior Pastor of St. Mary’s, where is currently in his 17th year as pastor. Pastor Hunter has been preaching for over 25 years, and his unique down-to-earth, real and transparent style of preaching has made him a household favorite among young and old alike.
Pastor Willie Hunter Jr. and Lady Shauna Cobb-Hunter, have been married over 20 years and are blessed with three children, Noah, Caleb and Leah. They both are very active in participating in their children’s schools, sports, and activities. They set a great example of what it means to build a strong Christian family.
Pastor Willie Hunter Jr. is a builder, a leader, and a follower of Christ. His passion for the lost and those hurting gives way for the anointing to use him to reach so many in this season. His desire is to be faithful over a few things, and God will make him ruler over many things.
