Pastor Bryan Axtell
he Rock Church of Victor Valley was birthed in 2009 by the vision of Bishop Don Conner and Pastor Bryan Axtell. It began as a Friendship Group with a few people gathering each week. The group continued to grow as more people gathered for prayer, teaching and fellowship.
In 2010, the growing number of people began to gather once a month for worship at the Green Tree Hotel in Victorville. Shortly after, The Rock Church was approved by the United Pentecostal Church International as a home missions work.
Our name was changed to The Rock Church of The High Desert in 2015 to better reflect our vision.
