Pastor Jim Collins
Pastor Jim and Peggy Collins are the lead pastors at Victory in Christ International. Pastor Jim’s knowledge and understanding of God’s Word coupled with the ability to make the Gospel message relevant in a person’s life have served to earn him the reputation as an outstanding Bible teacher. Jim received his Doctor of Philosophy in Religious Education from Evangelical Bible College and Seminary. We look forward to meeting you!
