Reverend Carl D Palmer
I am a native of Ohio, but I got to Arkansas as quickly as I could! I have lived and served the United Methoist church since 1998 in Arkansas. My great passions are in recruiting, equipping, and deploying the next generation of Christian leaders. One of the specific ways I love to do this is working with the hurting and habit-driven through Celebrate Recovery, and I look forward to serving the people of Harrison with this vital ministry.
