Senior Pastor Devon Ortiz
Pastor Devon Ortiz came to Victory Baptist Church in January of 2005, after receiving his Bachelors of Ministry degree, and served as an Assistant Pastor for nearly 7 years. In February of 2012, God called him to move forward as pastor of the church. He has an intense burden for the unsaved and a great love for the local church. To that effect, Pastor believes that all aspects of the ministry share these common goals- the equipping of the saints, the evangelism of the lost and the edification of the body of Christ.
