Meet The Pastor
Campus Pastor Elizabeth Friedman
Elizabeth graduated from the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago in 2010 with her Master of Divinity. She is passionate about social justice and sharing God's love with the world. She is also a violinist and a violin teacher, and graduated from the University of Michigan (BMus, '02) and Rice University (MMus, '05). She and her family recently moved back from the UK, where they lived for 5 years. Her husband, Matt, is a professor of paleontology at U of M, and they have two young, energetic boys and a high-fiving tuxedo cat named Rosie.
