Bishop JAMES B RUSSELL
Bishop James B. Russell established the Church in God and Christ in the year of 1976. He was called to the ministry at a very young age and was a member of the Church of God in Christ. He joined the United States Air Force and continued his call to the ministry by pastoring churches in foreign countries such as Turkey, Okinawa, and other far eastern nations. Upon retiring from the Air Force he continued his ministry establishing the Church in the state of California. He is currently residing in the state of Georgia and praying to God for establishing a church here and wherever God will lead him. The burning desire to continue to work in establishing more churches for God and His glory is a constant desire and driving force to him.
