About Oasis of Southern Illinois
We will follow a New Testament model, which is Spirit-filled in our approach to ministry. This approach is led by and apostolic leader who casts vision for the group, identifies ministry opportunities, and facilitates ministry resources to meet the needs, thereby maximizing their impact for the Kingdom of God. Based on Ephesians 4:11, we will assist people to discover their gifts and callings, so they can operate where and how the Lord desires to use them. Not everyone is called to leadership, but everyone has spiritual gifts. We will help people discover their gifts and callings, and how to implement them out in their lives. We will equip them, release them, and assist them in any way we can, for the cause of Christ and His Kingdom.
