The People's Hope Church is a non-denominational family church centrally-located in Prince George's County, Maryland. Newly-founded in 2015, The People's Hope is a budding ministry founded on the principles of "Giving Hope, Healing Hearts and Winning Souls." Although small in numbers currently, The People's Hope is inspired, impassioned, and spiritually-armed by Senior Pastor Lynnette Vanessa N'Kechi Aza Lynn-Horton who makes it a point to "love on" EVERY disciple that graces the doors of The People's Hope!

Pastor Lynn is also a life coach trained at the Innervisions Institute for Spiritual Development, under the tutelage of Iyanla VanZant, and She has a passion for supporting people in remembering their greatness via coaching, mentoring, and encouragement. She uses a no-nonsense, “in your face” approach that goes directly to the root of the issue. She is known for using in-depth and thorough interventions to support individuals as they reach into their “core-selves” in order to adequately uncover underlying issues from past hurts, disappointments and rejections. She is fully committed to supporting her clients in creating the life they truly desire.
Pastor Lynn serves as a Chaplain of the Capitol Heights Police Department, and is trained to respond to emergencies, sickness, and the like. She is trained and certified for Marriage, Grief, Individual, and Spiritual coaching and counsel. The People's Hope is also available for Funerals, and Weddings. We also present Forgiveness workshops, and also an aspect of the ministry called RYD Revisit Your Dreams.

We offer a practical loving Word that gives Hope for a better day, and a better way. We believe that everybody is somebody, and that everybody has a right to commune with God. We offer skills and techniques to support our disciples in personal growth, and dream building.
