About Life in the Word Church
Life in the Word Church's desire is to be a church that will raise up born again believers to be totally dependent upon Jesus Christ. We want to present Jesus as the Son begotten of the Father, our Lord, our Savior, and our Rock, and that Rock is the foundation upon which the church is built. Also, that the born again believer needs to be filled with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues according to the Book of Acts, that we may have a successful walk with Jesus Christ our Lord. Jesus Christ teaches us that it is to our advantage the He goes away that He may send the Holy Spirit, according Book of John chapters 14-16. Jesus teaches that the Holy Spirit will guide us and lead us into all truth. We will equipt believers with Godly love and show how to put on the armor of God, which is Jesus, to fight against the forces of darkness and wickedness and prevail.
