Dr. Bruce Austin
Bruce Austin - Dr. B - was born in Monroe, Louisiana, where he grew up and graduated from Northeast Louisiana University. He then entered Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky, where he received his Master of Divinity degree. While a seminarian he served churches in Kentucky and Virginia. After graduation he returned to Monroe where he met and married his wife, Diana. Later, he was called to a church in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. From there he got "God's call" to be a Texas Baptist and for 29 years he has served churches in Texas. Dr. Austin graduated with a Doctor of Ministry degree from Truett Seminary at Baylor University in 2002.
Dr. B loves reading, Baylor basketball, & going to the gym.
