Meet The Pastor
Pastor Joshua Haire
Pastor Joshua Haire is a native of Fayetteville, NC. He received his Bachelor's degree from A&T State University in Greensboro, NC, and his Master of Theology degree from Christian Life School of Theology in Columbus, Georgia.
Pastor Haire received his ministry roots at The Upper Room Missionary Baptist Church in Fayetteville, NC, a church founded by his father, Dr. Walter J. Haire, and was called to Pastor FMBC in Southern Pines, NC in March of 1990.
A family-oriented ministry is Pastor Haire’s focus who believes that when families become Christ-centered, communities become Christ-centered. He believes that evangelism, the active preaching of the gospel, should be the thrust of any ministry.
For his tireless efforts in ministry, Pastor Haire has been awarded an Honorary Doctor of Ministry degree and an Honorary Doctor of Divinity degree.
However, ask Pastor Haire what he considers to be his most noteworthy accomplishment and he will quickly say it is being the husband of First Lady L'Tanya Haire and being the father of twelve children, including three by spiritual covenant.
