Pastor Kelly Matlock
Dan and Kelly Matlock grew up in the Midwest, but fell in love with Texas when they moved here in 2003. They have served as directors of a post-high school discipleship program in Austin, TX and as leaders of ministries at Rockford First a large church in Northern Illinois. When the opportunity to start a church in San Marcos presented itself, they knew it was something that God was leading them to do and they were thrilled to be a part of it.
Dan loves spending time with his family, being outdoors, playing sports, and driving his motorcycle. He’s an avid football fan in general but a die hard fan of the Green Bay Packers and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
