About Salem Evangelical Reformed Church, Hellers
We are one of the oldest established Reformed church congregations on the East Coast, with a rich history and a highly visible location atop a hill in the rolling farmlands of Leola, PA.
You are invited to join us as we worship the Lord weekly at 10:15 AM on Sundays.
It is our stated mission to Glorify God, Grow in the Spirit, and Go Into the World with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As such, we worship a living God, teach and preach from his Living Word, the Bible, and invite a fresh wind of his Holy Spirit into our meetings.
Salem Hellers has a blessed music ministry and an active Missions Team. We preach God’s Word, a light in the darkness of the world.

Our mission as a church was grown out of our deep commitment to four particular values:
1. The Bible as the Authoritative Word of God
“But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of , because you know those from whom you learned it, and how from infancy you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise, for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:14-17 (NIV)
2. Prayer
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7
3. Missions and Outreach
