None at this time. When it can be approved for a pastor to be there, we will have public mass. In the meantime, those interested in forming a prayer group to meet once a month to get started would be appreciated. Please leave a text stating "Yes to Prayer-St Casimirs". and I will get back to you. Thank you and God Bless.

About St Casimir Parish Lithuanian 1904
Labas, This was my church before it was sold and changed to something else. I was one of the last graduating class members from this school as well. I was saddened to see it closed and all of its beautiful artwork and history had been stripped away from the public to see ever again. I believe this church to be historical in many senses of the word. It was the only church in Upstate, NY that was colorful. The same in Rome, Italy. Every statue hand painted. How it could be sold after so many were torn down already for Urban Renewal is beyond me. Since there were "No Takers" to help keep this church legacy alive. I decided to represent it until someone else; worthy enough, can take the reins. I believe the only real ground left to worship on for this church is the cemetery. The late Rev. Fr Baltch did create a rectory there that could be used. Personal chairs can be brought and prayer could be held outside on special occasions, such as praying for the departed and Blessings of Animals and Vehicles to keep us safe and healthy. I welcome all comments and hope to see a page develop to enlighten anyone who reads it and inspire them to know that at one time this school had champion athletes. There was a booming economy. People from all nationalities shared the streets. There were trolleys, factory workers, building construction, canal work, rail road, you name it. Amsterdam had it all. But like the flip of a dime, everything can change. I have only a handful of things to share out of a million I am sure is out there. One of them; if anyone knows where to find it, is a video made by the church to share its heritage. I will post it once I have gained access to one. Until then, Svekus.
