Welcome to Calvary Chapel of Richmond! We hope you will come and visit soon if you are new to the Richmond area or looking for a home church. At Calvary Chapel of Richmond, we endeavor to share the truth of God's Word in a clearly understood manner and a place where families and individuals can grow in God's grace and develop strengthening relationships. In addition to the weekly ministry of the Word and Worship we have ministries for Families, Children, Teens, Men, Women, Missions, and Outreach.

Our services begin with time of music/worship that incorporates both contemporary Christian and hymns followed by a verse-by-verse message through a specific book of the Bible or a special topical message and/or series. We conduct the Lord's Supper (Communion) on the first Sunday of each month.
BELIEFS
1. The Scriptures are inerrant and applicable to all the issues of life
2. All have sinned and are in need of salvation
3. God sent His Son Jesus to pay the penalty for sins of all mankind
4. Repentance and putting one's faith in Jesus is the only way to receive salvation
5. With salvation comes the indwelling of God's Holy Spirit
6. After salvation, the scriptures command we follow Christ in Baptism
7. The Holy Spirit, the Word of God, prayer and other Christians (i.e. the Church) are essential to growing
8. The Church is to continue sharing the gospel, making disciples, growing in love and showing that love to a lost and dying world until Jesus Christ returns
