CIL is a contemporary, Spirit-empowered community of faith in Hendersonville, TN. CIL stands for Christ is Love. We’ve come together from a variety of faith traditions and life experiences with a common desire to worship and serve Jesus Christ. Whether you are exploring faith, new to faith, or a seasoned Christ follower, you’re welcome at CIL.
We are a three stream church, incorporating elements of liturgical, evangelical, and charismatic worship practices in our service. You’ll experience contemporary music, corporate prayers from throughout the history of the church, and teaching from scripture.

We are a three-stream church, that appreciates and affirms the different beliefs and practices of the historic church. The three streams we affirm and practice are Evangelical, Liturgical and Charismatic streams.
We love kids! We have children's ministry from birth - 5th grade during our Sunday services. We have special teaching for 6th and 7th graders after worship in the main service.
