He was Born Again in The Spirit in June 22nd ,1977 thru a Phone in His Kitchen, at 3:00 a.m. Talking to an Elder of Valley Community Church, in El Monte, Ca. - 23 miles away where He would later Attend and become a Member. Luis Became involved with a Gang, and started using drugs, Alcohol and experimenting with Lust of the Flesh. But at 24 yrs. Young This Experience Revolutionized His way of Thinking, Living and Speaking. Today He has been Pastoring for 19 yrs. - He is Married , and has One Daughter. Today He reaches out to everyone in need thru the Love of God that turned His Life around.
