The Lord has assigned me the role of Christian Coordinator. This means that when there is a need in the church either I fill it or I find someone who can. I am also the Director of Mentoring as I have written several books on the subject and help to assign mentors to people in our church. This helps newly assigned members find their purpose and long standing members (like myself and my wife) to stay connected to a Christian role model. I also help out with the youth in our church as I am the Director of Youth Programs for Love and Compassion Ministries.
