National Missionary Baptist Convention of America
The National Missionary Baptist Convention is a predominately African-American Baptist denomination. Its founding can be traced back to 1988 during a meeting attended by Dr. S. J. Gilbert, Sr and Dr. S. M. Wright. Its doctrine, practices, and moral principles are similar to other Baptist denominations.
