National Baptist Convention, USA

One of the oldest and largest African American denomination in United States is the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc.,founded in 1880. Like other Baptist denominations, the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc. is Bible-based and believes in one God in three persons-the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. They work toward their mission, which is "to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ through preaching, teaching, and healing." They are also known for sending missionaries to foreign lands and publishing Sunday school materials, Christian books, and music.
