Church of the Good Shepherd is a great place to find faith-filled friends and family in the Federal Way area. Known locally as "The Little Church with the Big Heart" for many outreach and support activities in the greater South King County area, the church would like to be known as the slightly larger church with the big heart. Good Shepherd supports the local AA community with a place to meet, gives Federal Way caregivers a place to assist locals, and provides the location for Saturday Supper at 1:30 weekly. Our family has been associated with this church for over a decade and it is our extended family, and place for volunteer and social involvement. Services 8:00AM (Rite 1 - traditional with no music) and 10:30AM (Rite 2 - contemporary service with organ, harp and choral enhancements) on Sundays - 5th Sunday of the month service is at 9:30AM with potluck following... not to be missed - unites attendees of both AM services to community together.
