Be a part of a close knit family at this contemporary spirit-filled church. Warmly welcomed at the door, I immediately felt a good about this church. I met Pastor Zach Miller and his wife Mandy and felt they were very down-to earth and truly love God and care about people. The worship was very good - contemporary music and I liked that they sang "I Exalt Thee" - good to hear a familiar song when visiting a church. Then at end of worship they paused a bit to listen to what the Holy Spirit might be saying. With one Sunday morning service, there was no rush...just patience to wait on The Lord and worship Him. Located at the crossroads of West Frisco, Little Elm and The Colony in north Texas, The Crossing Church is a small enough that you wont be lost in the crowd, but big enough that you can make friends and be a part of a family. I sensed a hunger in the people for God, and as you might expect in a contemporary Assemblies of God church, people believe in the promises of God's Word. Faith for divine healing, and believing that God is able to change your circumstances and help you in your time of need. I think anyone needing prayer will find a family of believers ready to pray for you. This is not a mega church, but if you want a family of believers to grow with, and a down-to-earth pastor who knows you by name and probably will take your phone call if you need someone to pray for your sick child, visit The Crossing Church and check it out for yourself.
