Let me start by saying we LOVED the church service! We loved the praise and worship time and truly felt the Holy Spirit there. It was amazing! The pastor, Robert Morris, was fantastic. Almost all of his messages touched us or we learned from them. It that is all we were looking for Gateway would be our church. However, we were looking for a church HOME; a place we could connect with other Christians and build close friendships. People came and went but there was very little interaction. I guess going to one of the small groups outside of church would have been helpful. Almost all were group Bible studies and I have personally never been comfortable in that setting. (I'm quiet) They have something for Jr. and High School kids at the church during the week, but nothing to build community for the adults. We went there for over a year and my son still goes as he has close friends there, but we are still without a home.
