What I love about NVT is the individual concern of the members, as well as their family-friendly atmosphere for those with little or no church experience, as well as their openness for those who know their way around the church and want to help.
My experience at NVT came about when I visited many years ago when a friend of mine would drive from his home in Ft. Worth to minister to the residents and students in the area. Later, when the church reached out to my daughter as a student at Texas A&M University, and was her family away from home made a big positive impact on me.
What being a part of NVT has meant for me and my family has been finding people who accepted me and some of my strange out-of-the box thinking without criticism of my differences.
What you can expect when you visit NVT is a personal and family-friendly atmosphere in a small group atmosphere where everybody is somebody and welcomed as an individual.
Looking for a small group where you can learn, and share your talents as another participant learning how to serve God? You will be welcomed at the 9 a.m. teaching time, as well as in the 10 a.m. worship time. As the membership grows, there will be openings for you to share your talents in music, drama, tutoring students, and making improvements in the facility, as well as in the communities of College Station and Bryan!
