I’ve lived here 33 years. We’ve bounced about churches over that time. Prior to Christland, we attended a large non-denominational church locally for 2-3 years. Granted we never really put ourselves out there but in all that time not once did a staff pastor ever call us or walk up to speak to us before or after service. My son started going to Christland and was truly excited about God for the first time in his life. I had to see what that was all about. The 2nd time there I could feel the Holy Spirit moving like I had not since I was a youth. Teaching is straight out of the Bible. Values are traditional and conservative. Multi-ethnic. All are welcome. Modern style praise music but not a staged concert. Ear plugs not required. (If you know, you know) I’ve been here now about 3 years. I’ve never had a stronger relationship with God. I now have a church family that truly has become family. There are plenty of amazing churches in this town. If you don’t make it here to Christland, I pray you find one of the others !
