I have known Pastor Chico and Anna Michael for about twelve years now and can tell you that they are some of the finest people that I have ever known. In June of 2015, my wife and I were able to attend their church on a couple of occasions while visiting the greater Houston area. The congregation is small and extremely welcoming! Anna Michael leads the praise and worship and does a fantastic job, and the congregation worships in what is clearly sincerity and truth. Pastor Chico (Fred Michael) is an excellent student of the scriptures and delivers a clear biblical message that is not watered down, and he teaches line by line and verse by verse through the Bible so that you actually have some solid knowledge of the book from which he is teaching when he is finished. If you live in the southeast Houston area and are looking for a church you should pay Bayview Christian Center a visit. Leave your suit at home, walk through the doors, and you will be loved.
