I use to go there for a bit and because I was training to be a Pastor, I got to see how things work behind the scenes. The body of the church is great and made me feel welcomed. I enjoyed being one of the 1st in and one of the last out. I felt like I was worth something.
The problem is the leadership. They tend to act like politicians instead of pastors. Things get "swept under the rug" and mistakes are "spun" into a false positive instead of being corrected or fixed.
I've watched a bunch of good people leave the church because they were tired of the leadership not addressing the issues. I myself no longer want to be a Pastor and have left ministry altogether because of their shadiness. They also have a bad tendency of deleting negative reviews on many platforms.
In the end, they seem to have a mindset of "We have 99 sheep, why go after the 1?". I wish it was different but certain people just don't matter to them.
