I am originally from Hickory Tavern SC, I live in Acworth Ga. now. I attend Genesis church on my visits to SC. The pastor I’ve know since he was a kid he is best friend with my nephew since child hood. He is one of the most down to earth human beings I know, his services at the church are always spot on. It is a 4 hour ride for me to visit and I usually make it once a month, I’m always greeted like I’m there every time the doors open. The people that attend regularly are also wonderful people. I highly recommend Genesis Church to any body looking for a home.The church was very active to my family during the passing of my mom and dad, also the birth of my grand daughter and also with the illness of my mother in law. This church is just a wonderful experience .
