This church is a definate 10/10! I love all of the people so much and you can be sure that they will love you right back. One thing I look for in a church right off the bat, before the sermon and the songs, is the people. Am I welcomed? Sure many churches will say all are welcomed, but truly if you don't feel welcomed the first time you visit, are you really? When I first started coming I came with my friend Justin and everyone there was VERY friendly to me. Now, it feels like I've been a Christian forever. but really I haven't always shown it or understood it. I fell off the path and went towards the way of the flesh, not really praying unless I was at a family dinner or something. But when I started attending about 2 years ago I have really felt God moving in my life. That doesn't mean I'm perfect and I will never claim to be, but in these few years I have felt like a literal weight has been lifted off of me. In fact, if it weren't for the love of God and my brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus I never would have been able to stop my addiction to porn or break off a poisonous relationship with my ex-girlfriend. That was just this past year. But through the encouragment of my youth members, Pastor, Youth Pastor, their wives of course, and my family I was able to overcome these things for they helped me bear my load and come back to God. Currently the senior Pastor is Tom Wilhardt and there is no Youth Pastor. Pastor Tom,or PT, is an excelent man with an excelent wife Pam Wilhardt and two college daughters Amanda and Cailey. They are one of the most open armed and friendly families you can meet. The Sunday sermons consist of our praise band, greetings and anouncements, tythes and offerings, prayer concerns and praises followed by prayer, and finally the sermon. Truly I say the typical sermon that Tom delivers are not for the faint of heart. He is very energetic and enthusiastic and is not afraid to show is and share it! He preaches direct from the Word. No gags and gimmics can be found here, it's pure Word and if it's not of God, it's not out his mouth. From my experience all that I have found and heard from him is none but truth. Once again, I love this church dearly and would love to reiterate the fact that everyone is welcome and would love to see you there! Thank you and God bless!
