I was pleased with the format of the service, having not been in a Reformed Church in a few weeks. The pastor was funny and his sermon was good. This is more or less a senior community, and unless you fit into that category, this church may not be for you. The songs were different from what I am used to, but the bulletin had all the songs. Time was taken to read the scripture before the sermon was given. The people weren't as friendly as I would have hoped that they would be to a newcomer. This church is good for me to attend on those Sundays when I am running late and am afraid that I won't make it to church on time. I was a bit disappointed that with the exception of the altar and where the choir sang, the church looked like a conference room with chairs set up in rows.
