the church is not in operation and the grounds are a mess. someone from the church (an older woman with white hair ) has given permission to a contingent of homeless people to live on the property ..primarily on the large back porch and outdoor below ground stairways. The is trash and drug paraphernalia strewn about the rear area and parking lot. There is noise all-night long and in the morning hours there are at least 5-6 people smoking what looks to be crack and meth on the back porch. Most times one of the citys street walkers joins the drug party too..And When I went to the police to complain ..they told me about the lady giving permission ...and get this ..I mentioned to the officer that they build a fire on the porch he said we know and told the woman that and she said it's ok the porch is concrete!.(what an idiot!)...How do I know all this the church is directly behind my house!
