Based on Matthew's fruits, he is a wolf in sheep's clothing with cult like leadership techniques (Read the articles at www.cultwatch.com). (Matt 7:15-27)
I have warned you, so if you choose to assemble or keep assembling at the R-UPC building where Matthew is the "pastor" then your blood and your family's blood is on your hands.(Ezekiel 3:17-21 & 33:1-33 & 34:1-31)
Keep reading if you wish to understand my reasoning.
I am trying to truly be a disciple of Jesus the Christ of Nazareth.
Jesus taught that we should obey Him and teach others to do the same. That is what I have been trying to do. (Mark 12:29-31, John 14:15-26, Matt 28:18-20)
I believe that offended Matthew. I went to the Richlands United Pentecostal Church (R-UPC) building on the night of Wednesday, April 18th. I was planning on speaking with Matthew afterwards to talk everything out in person (Matt 5:23-24). Matthew had two cops waiting on me at the church building and asked for them to arrest me due to trespassing. After talking to Matthew and the cops, we left.(Luke 6:22-23)
During that Wednesday night service, Matthew spoke falsely about me over the pulpit. This destroyed most of the relationships that we had with people and the relationships that my wife and I were building. Because of Matthew some people blocked my wife and most blocked me on facebook. (https://www.gotquestions.org/false-witness.html)
Jesus gave us four steps to follow in Matthew 18:15-17 if someone trespasses or sins or offends us.
I tried to go to him about it, but to no avail.
Shawn volunteered to try to get us together, but to no avail.
I tried every way that I could think of to tell it to the church, but to no avail in regards to Matthew.
So I am now at step four with Matthew.
I believe that the people who assemble at the R-UPC building are ignorant on how to deal with this kind of situation. I believe that Matthew has brainwashed, coached, or manipulated people into perceiving that I was harassing them by trying to tell them what's going on instead of doing what he should have done which was to affirm that I was following what Jesus commanded by telling it to them. (Matt 18:15-17, Luke 17:3-4, 1 Cor 5:6-13 & 6:1-8, 1 Tim 5:19-20)
Matthew filed for and was granted a No-Contact order against me even after I warned him also of what Paul said in 1 Cor 6:1-8. In the document that Matthew attached to the no-contact order, he stated more lies, deception, and incomplete information about me. Matthew held to those lies during the proceedings. The documents also included the police reports which shows even more lies that Matthew said about me. The lies are 1) that I am/was "angry" and 2) that I was "being disruptive during service".
I compiled what took place between April 15th and June 1st in emails/documents, audio recordings, and video. The links to which are below. I also have the conversations from October and November that were referenced during this process in audio form via the MediaFire link below. Also via the MediaFire link is all the information about the No-Contact order and the proceedings.

And I am very disappointed in those who assemble at the R-UPC building for obeying man rather than God and placing man above God especially those that I mistakenly thought were elders. (Acts 5:28-32 / James 5:20, Gal 6:1 & Matt 18:15-17, Luke 17:3, 1 Tim 5:19-20, 1 Cor 5:1-13 & 6:1-8)
Any group of people meeting in a building calling it a church that has signed a contract to become 501c3 incorporated is full of leaven and should be rebuked and the "church" building avoided if repentance does not occur. Matthew stated that he was the "CEO" over his 501c3 organization.

Written in the Gospels are Jesus' words, who's words we must obey in order to take part in His covenant. If we do not obey what He said then we have no part in His covenant and His death was in vain for us.
