This church has a completely different pastor than the one who acted inappropriately. The fact he left within a few days after the conduct speaks volumes of the the community and members/deacons of the congregation. My family have been attending church there for approximately 10 months and the reviews placed on here are nothing like what this is really about. My son is medically complex with a complex Mental Health issue and gets figety during church, but this church has given him hope for his future. The faith he has gained with the spiritual impact embodied by this church is outstanding. He knows he can count on God to be there in the future when he passes on and is no longer scared of the unknown. He has always been welcomed with open arms. They are not racist or intolerant of people with differences. The preacher John Brumagin makes the service enjoyable while speaking Biblically accurate and does not add or take away from the Good Book. He preaches with passion about salvarion and how God wants you to live your life. He has taught us that Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins. God gave His only to pay for the sins of you and me. And because of that, you must overlook and forgive the transgressions of the pastor that spoke there for a brief time who did not stay once he understood the members of the congregation were not tolerant of his personal beliefs. Please skip past the negative reviews and give Preacher Brumagin a change- give Faith Baptist a chance. Thank you for reading my review, Melissa
