In August, I became an Episcopalian. I was raised in the UCC, attended mostly Methodist...until I attended an Episcopal church. What I found was exactly what I was looking for. Besides being welcomed by the congregation, I found an absolute reverence for the communion (eucharist) portion. Of the service that I'd found lacking in all other church denomination's services. In addition, the music is excellent, traditional enough to evoke my childhood without sounding "old" and there are no distracting screens. I love this church, they are warm, welcoming and most importantly non-judgmental.
