I pass this church in my neighborhood. It is in a well kept-up street-front church building on Kedzie Ave. in Albany Park just south of the Brown Line tracks before Montrose. Its name outside is written in Spanish, "Iglesia del Pacto Evangelico" (Church of the Evangelical Covenant), perhaps a Spanish-language mission of the (Swedish) Evangelical Covenant Church, which has its main college, North Park College, a few streets north.
