I am so thankful that my friend invited me to CCPH! Finally, a church that teaches the Bible chapter by chapter, verse by verse! On their website, every session is recorded to hear again. I use Pastor Derald's notes to help me understand that book and chapter as I'm reading the Bible on my own time. There's group meetings for couples, young adults, teens, youth, women and men. There's many ways and events in which one can serve. The people are so kind and welcoming! All of the pastors and staff from Pastor Derald are wonderful, loving reflections of Jesus. They follow the Bible in every way. There's no cliques, no special interest groups, no discrimination, no favortism, no membership and no lukewarm people. The worship is wonderful without being too loud and too showy with smoke, lazers, etc. I enjoy that the focus is all about Jesus and how good He is, not how good the pastor is or how awesome the church is. I love that Derald and their staff are so humble, approachable and fun to be around. They really make it a family there.
