After moving to Woodstock, we were searching for a church. We had attended a community church at our old house/city, so we visited virtually every church/denomination in Woodstock until the day we visited COAH. We never went anywhere else! We had an immediate sense of "home". Chris's sermons (Wonderful-can't say enough about those...), the genuine friendly people, the casual atmosphere, the intimate "table" setup of the sanctuary (Think coffee house...), and the great contemporary music were the initial draw, but then I became impressed with The Methodist Church; it's wonderful resources and rich history that I am honored to be a part of. We joined within a few months because we couldn't imagine NOT joining! We want to serve and worship alongside the kind, generous people of COAH. It is the most alive, engaged, loving church I have ever attended. We indeed found our church home, always learning more from the Bible, making great new friendships, joining in limitless classes and groups, and finding so many opportunities to serve our community and the world. COAH is a GIANT church in a small, cozy package.
