The first time I walked into the church, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The next time I went to visit, I went to the Sunday School that was taught by the Associate Pastor, and they couldn't have been nicer. The Associate Pastor had told me that she and her husband had visited a number of years ago and never left. I could see why. Pastor Scott's sermons are practical to every day life. The church is smaller, but it is very community minded, and there are lots of opportunities to serve in either short term or long term volunteer positions. After a long search after moving here, I found my new church home.
