Christ the Lord, Clearwater, has been a part of the the beautiful Clearwater / Dunedin community since the late 1900s. Originally started as a Christian mission to Pinellas County, our congregation is now beginning its second generation as a friendly, Bible-teaching, neighborhood church with the goal of sharing the Good News of Jesus on the Gulf Coast. By connecting the warm and friendly setting of a neighborhood church together with helpful and clear Bible teaching, Christ the Lord is here to offer you encouragement and guidance in your walk with God. Our congregation is a community supporter of Dunedin Cares Food Pantry. We partner with like-minded churches both locally and nationally as part of WELS. We offer 2 weekend worship events. Saturday church is a small, casual setting, often led by guitar or piano and lasting 45 minutes. Sunday church has a slightly more formal feel, with traditional hymns, and aspects of liturgical worship. A study group meets the hour before Sunday church. Midweek youth ministry, a small group study, choir, and frequent service and fellowship events allow for many opportunities to get involved in a meaningful way.
