I attended the Midnight Mass on Christmas at St. Augustine's. It is something I do every year when I am home from college. As usual, it was an incredible experience. The Church is a beautiful old building--beautifully decorated and the choir was just magnificent--sounded professional and have a marvelous orchestra as well. I am a music major and have to say it was and always is first rate at this Church. Beautiful ceremony with well tried officiants. The priest always gives a challenging message and never waters down anything...pay attention! LOL! Everyone is friendly--but not overly so...sometimes one can feel overwhelmed in a new place.These folks come to Church to pray not to socialize! I will be home for Easter and plan on going to St. Augustine's again. From the website, it looks like ti will be fantastic!!
