Grace and Truth Church

This is Smiles Welch, the lead pastor of Grace and Truth. That review was given to me by an elderly church member to submit on her behalf. (I realize it seems shady when you see my name next to the review.) I am, though, adding my own five-star rating in this review, because I absolutely love this church family, too! I'm so thankful that the Welch family was called by God to plant this church, and that I have found it! I have been longing for a church home where someone like me could fit right in and be loved just the way that I am, and yet be challenged and encouraged by the strong and in-depth preaching of the Bible every week. God's Word is truly the heartbeat of everything that happens in this church! I imagine God doing great things in Athens and beyond through this ministry. I'm humbled and grateful that God has brought me to be a part of it so early on in the church's life. I have finally found a home at Grace and Truth Church!
