Lighthouse Community Church Nondenominational

Been going to LCC for over 15 years and have found it to be a very friendly and inclusive group of Christian brothers and sisters. Have seen non-believers be welcomed and given time from others at the church with questions and such. A number of programs for the youth to grow in their walk with Christ. Very Bible direct and life application sermons. Recommend.

This church is very welcoming to new people coming through their doors. I felt like family from the moment I stepped in...but that is NOT what I'm looking for in a church, despite it was a nice addition. In these troubled times, I want a pastor who cares for his congregation and is not only shepherding, but teaching, warning, and discipling. Pastor Steve preaches from the word and doesn't sugar coat things. He is a breath of fresh air from all the trendy pastors with their catchy series and feel good services. You will leave feeling good....because you have heard the Word of God exegeted and taught.

This church is a breath of fresh air from the typical cheesy contemporary churches that try to attract people in with their cute themed sermons (which are more like a pep talk from some motivational speaker! ) This church HAS the powerful worship, but above all, it has the TRUTH being preached. The pastor speaks from his heart and uses the Bible to explain itself. He uses clear examples and provides and easy-to-follow along outline for attendees. There is also a handout for the older children to use during worship. If you are looking for a church that has "meat" and is not just a message to tickle your ears, then this would be a great place to attend. They have a beautiful, comfortable facility but it isn't extravagant. There are great programs for all, but what was most impressive to me is the depth of teaching that you will find here. This is not something that you find in many churches nowadays.
