I use to rent from his Brother in Law David Allen Brewer and he told me that his brother in law was a idiot who went around telling people he had 1/2 his brain removed on you tube.
The man was a Maron and clamed he fired a man named Patrick.
David use to tell how his house burnt down and man gave him $100 and he clamed to do the same but was a lie! Said his wife was a retarded person who tried to steal his son too per Retired Circuit Judge Gary M Arnold.
